We purchased this 1,380 square foot home in the heart of Falls Church, McLean HS District, in April of 2019. To say this project was challenging, would be an understatement. From permit process delays due to COVID-19, issues with the soil engineering to the county losing our plans – we had them all! COVID-19 certainly impacted and slowed down supply chains as many homeowners took on projects causing delays in materials across the board.
With a lot of persistence, we have turned this home into a 5,800 square foot entertainers paradise with 6 bedrooms, 6.5 baths. The interior design will be similar to our stunning 6518 Valley Ct renovation, which sold in hours.
