Welcome to one of our newest home renovation projects in the Lynnhaven community. Conveniently located minutes away from HQ2, National Landing, and the new metro this one is sure to go fast.
We are excited about this project because we have now completed a few home renovations in this area and look forward to doing another transformation.
This 1950’s row house colonial with small, compartmentalized living spaces will be completely transformed into an informal open concept living which is what buyers are looking for today. We have blown out a few walls and removed the small galley kitchen and are going to build a new kitchen that will wrap around the entire back wall. In addition, we are going to add an open breakfast peninsula giving this main level a modern look so that when you walk into this home you will be able to see from the front of the home to the back.
Coming down to the currently dark and grungy basement we were pleasantly surprised to find 7-foot-high ceilings. The high ceilings are unique for these types of homes! We are going to double the living space and have an open rec room area with a closet so that you can use the space as a 3rd bedroom or a guest room. The new walkout basement will also have a wet bar for entertaining, a full modern bath, and a washer and dryer.
