Welcome to another home renovation project in the Woodley North community. Conveniently located close to RT 50, the Beltway, and RT 66. This three-level Cape Cod will be completely reconfigured and expanded, so come join us in the journey of this #DutkoRagen transformation!
Coming into the main level, we have a closed layout with a galley kitchen in the front foyer. The plan is to take down the wall by the entrance, opening the floor plan that extends to the addition on the left. We are going to create an open concept kitchen area with a bar that will be looking over into the family room.
The other addition to this house will be transformed into two bedrooms; a primary suite with a full bath and a smaller bedroom for those who are looking for a home with a main level primary suite. For those of you who want a second option for a primary suite – don’t worry! This home will have two full primary suites with the second one being on the upper level of the home. It’s going to be stunning!
We have big plans for the unfinished basement as we will be moving all the electrical and mechanical stuff from its current location to the walls of the home so that we can open the space and create a beautiful rec room. We will also be adding an egress window to the basement so that we can add a fourth full bedroom for guests or a growing family.
