Sean Ragen

Born and raised in Fairfax County, Sean graduated from W.T. Woodson HS, and is an alumnus of Christopher Newport University. Sean began his career in real estate with one of the Top Ten Realty groups in the country and was named a top-producing buyer’s agent with the sale of over 170 homes and the coordination of over 400 real estate transactions. Since 2009, Sean has been personally involved in over 120 real estate investment projects, yielding profits totaling over $7,500,000.

In 2012, Sean launched the real estate investment firm, Northern Virginia Investments. For two consecutive years, the firm garnered the remarkable achievement, Deal of the Year, awarded by the CAZA investment group, heralding the incredible success of his investment startup. Using his extensive real estate and renovation expertise, Sean is able to pass along expert advice to clients, helping them maximize their purchase, sale, or investment in Northern Virginia real estate.

In 2014, Sean co-founded Dutko | Ragen Homes & Investments, producing innovative marketing and investment techniques, while providing his clients exceptional customer service. He has a 5-Star Agent rating from Zillow.com and multiple repeat customers.
