Scot Peterson

Originally from Ohio, Scot moved to Northern Virginia in the mid-’90s. Scot graduated from Stone Bridge High School and is an alumnus of Christopher Newport University. Scot started his career as an executive recruiter in 2007 then spent several years building and leading sales teams for startups located all over the country.

Since graduating from Christopher Newport University, Scot had an outside interest in real estate and during all the craziness of 2020, he studied for his and got his license and joined the Dutko|Ragen team to pursue real estate as a career.

When Scot isn’t advising clients and investing in real estate projects, you’ll find him pursuing fitness goals, on an adventure with his son and wife, on a run with his pup, or chasing down the best coffee a city has to offer.
